AAWD&M is run by a volunteer board of directors with representation from public water systems, academia, and the business community. Information on the association’s bylaws, articles, and budget are available by contacting Paul Fuller at pfuller@aawdm.org.

Legal counsel is provided by Steve Freudenthal of Freudenthal & Bonds, PC. As a former Attorney General for the State of Wyoming, Mr. Freudenthal is well versed in water law and governmental regulations.

Tax and Accounting services are provided by Roxanne Ostlund, CPA, MBA, CGMA, ABD of R.P.O Associates, CPAs, LLC. Ms. Ostlund is managing partner of her firm and fluent in nonprofit corporation tax and accounting compliance.
