Serving as the former Deputy Director at Miami-Dade Water & Sewer Department, Hardeep steered a substantial $7.5B multi-year infrastructure program, advocating the "One Water" concept to prioritize water-related investments across the region. His endeavors reflect a unique blend of expertise, leadership, and a profound dedication to shaping more resilient and integrated water systems for the future. Hardeep is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.

Her impactful engagements at prestigious events like the Future of Water Summit shed light on the severe impact of inadequate water resources, particularly on women in underdeveloped regions. Notably, her collaborations with esteemed organizations such as the American Society of Civil Engineers and Water for People further demonstrate her dedication.
Paul Fuller
Assistant Producer
Paul Fuller is an insurance professional specializing in public water & wastewater systems. He serves as the executive officer of the American Association of Water Distribution & Management (AAWD&M), CEO of Allied Public Risk, LLC (a national managing general underwriter exclusively focused on public entities and public water & wastewater systems), and Insurance Administrator for the California Association of Mutual Water Companies Joint Powers Risk & Insurance Management Authority (CalMutuals JPRIMA).
Throughout his 30-year career, Paul has underwritten thousands of public water & wastewater systems. He has also overseen tens of thousands of their claims, with emphasis on inverse condemnation, water quality, coverage disputes, and property valuations.
David McNeil
Executive Producer & Director
A 35-year veteran as a Commercial Risk Management Consultant and currently the Principal at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants. David specializes in US Infrastructure, High Tech and Manufacturing within the Water Sector as well as development of risk management stewardship plans and facility physical and logical penetration testing. Mr. McNeil represents scores of prominent public water systems throughout the Western United States and serves on numerous water advisory committees, think tanks, and risk management boards.
David is a former executive of United Artists Entertainment and is in Who's Who in America and Who's Who in Industry & Finance as one of the original developers of the Pay-Per-View television concept. David's passion for photography has expanded his photography resume' to include:
